Delete Your Account

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the To Self app and make sure you are signed in to your account
2. Open the sidebar and tap Settings
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account
4. Follow the on-screen confirmation steps

Account deletion is permanent. All of your notes, notebooks, and files will be removed and cannot be recovered.

Can’t access the app?

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by email. This is permanent and cannot be undone.

Send a message to [email protected] with the subject Account deletion request. You must send it from the email address registered to your account — this is how we verify the request. We will process your request within 30 days.
